# Solana Perpetuals Volume Hits Record $183.2B in Q2

Perpetual futures trading on Solana [reached a new quarterly record](https://x.com/tokens/status/2081696774893547702?s=20&ref=solanahorizon.com) in Q2, with notional volume climbing to $183.2 billion.

The total represents a 27% increase from the previous quarterly record, according to data from [Blockworks](https://blockworks.com/?ref=solanahorizon.com), and marks the highest level of perpetuals activity recorded across Solana-based exchanges.

The growth was spread across an increasingly diverse group of venues. Pacifica and Jupiter accounted for large portions of Q2 volume, while GMTrade emerged as another major contributor during the quarter. Phoenix, Bullet and Flash Trade also contributed to the total.

The record extends a sharp expansion in Solana’s derivatives market. Blockworks data shows quarterly perpetuals volume was around $50 billion in Q2 2024 before climbing above $100 billion across several subsequent quarters and reaching a record $183.2 billion in Q2 2026.

The growth is also being reflected elsewhere in Solana’s trading ecosystem. Cumulative tokenized equity spot volume on the network recently surpassed $8 billion, accounting for more than 96% of all tokenized equity volume recorded onchain.
