Byreal Surpasses $4 Billion in Cumulative Trading Volume Across Solana-Based DeFi Platform

Byreal, a Solana-based decentralized trading platform, has surpassed $4 billion in cumulative trading volume, marking a new milestone as activity continues to grow across its onchain markets.

The figure represents the total value of trades executed through the platform since launch. Unlike total value locked (TVL), which measures the value of assets currently deposited into a protocol, cumulative trading volume tracks the total value of transactions processed over time and is commonly used as an indicator of marketplace activity.

Instead of operating solely as a decentralized exchange for token swaps, Byreal combines multiple onchain trading products within a single interface. The platform supports spot trading, liquidity provision, perpetual futures, prediction markets, lending, borrowing, token launches, and yield strategies.

It also provides infrastructure that allows both users and automated trading agents to interact with these markets through the same execution layer.

Trading activity on Byreal is distributed across several onchain products rather than a single exchange interface.
