Sanctum has introduced Furni Packs, a new gamified feature that allows users to collect furniture and customize Albus’s (Sanctum's mascot) home inside the Sanctum mobile app.
Users can now spend the app’s internal Coins currency to open Furni Packs, each of which reveals a randomly selected piece of furniture. Items range in rarity from Common to Legendary and include decorations such as stacks of newspapers and the Mona Albisa.

The launch expands the lighter, game-like layer Sanctum has been building around its savings-focused Solana app. Instead of rewarding users for trading more frequently or taking greater financial risks, the app uses personalization and collectibles to encourage continued participation.
“Albus’s home is now yours to furnish,” Sanctum said in its announcement. “The more you open, the more ways you’ll find to make his home truly yours.”
Sanctum Distributes Free Coins to App Users
Alongside the Furni Pack launch, Sanctum is giving every app user 5,000 free Coins.
The team has also introduced a temporary daily Coins campaign running from July 22 through August 5, 2026. During the 14 days, users who hold at least 100 USDC in the Sanctum App will receive 1,000 Coins per day.

Rewards scale with the size of a user’s USDC balance. Each additional 100 USDC held in the app earns another 1,000 Coins per day. A user holding 500 USDC, for example, would receive 5,000 Coins each day during the campaign.
Coins are exclusively an in-app currency (they are not Sanctum's CLOUD token). They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or traded, and Sanctum has emphasized that they carry no monetary value.
Gamification Without the Casino
Furni Packs reflect Sanctum’s broader effort to build what it has described as an “anti-super app.”

While many crypto platforms add perpetual futures, memecoins, prediction markets, and other products designed to increase trading activity, Sanctum is deliberately limiting the actions available to users. Its app is instead centered on holding a curated selection of assets and allowing wealth to grow gradually over time.
Sanctum has said it evaluates potential features by asking whether they help users build wealth patiently or create another opportunity to lose money quickly.
That approach does not mean removing engagement from the experience entirely. Instead, Sanctum has leaned into gamification designed to make long-term saving more enjoyable without tying rewards to leverage, speculation, or rapid trading.
The app's experience has been likened to that of maintaining a garden: something users can tend calmly while allowing time and yield to do the work. Furni Packs now introduce a similar sense of gradual progression inside Albus’s home, giving users another way to shape their experience as they continue saving.
With the launch, Sanctum is continuing its bet that crypto users do not need another trading screen to remain engaged. Sometimes, a new sofa may be enough!
